Manufacturer Warranty

New ASIC miners are generally covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty according to the manufacturer’s applicable terms. Warranty periods vary by brand, model, production date, and manufacturer.

Mining US may assist customers with warranty information and support, but the final warranty determination may be made by the manufacturer or authorized service provider.

Warranty Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the manufacturer’s warranty, coverage may exclude:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation;
  • improper voltage, electrical surges, moisture, corrosion, or extreme conditions;
  • shipping damage not covered by the applicable carrier or insurance;
  • natural disasters;
  • failure to follow operating instructions;
  • unauthorized modifications, repairs, or firmware changes;
  • altered or removed serial numbers or warranty labels;
  • counterfeit products;
  • use of non-approved components or accessories; and
  • burnt hash boards or chips where excluded by the manufacturer’s policy.

Warranty Service

Where warranty service applies, repair or replacement will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer or service-provider policy. Customers may be responsible for return shipping, insurance, customs, brokerage, and other transportation-related costs unless otherwise stated.

Repair time depends on the issue, parts availability, manufacturer procedures, and shipping time.

15. Shipping Policy

Mining US offers shipping options based on product type, destination, availability, shipment size, and carrier service coverage.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If an address correction is requested after dispatch, additional fees or delivery risks may apply.

16. Refund and Cancellation Policy

ASIC mining hardware is subject to rapidly changing pricing, inventory, and manufacturer availability. Unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing, confirmed orders may be final and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once processing, sourcing, allocation, or shipment has begun.

If Mining US cannot fulfill an order because of an inventory issue, material pricing error, or another exceptional circumstance, we may contact you to discuss available alternatives, replacement equipment, or an applicable refund.
