Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and order preparation
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available delivery services and shipping charges before payment. Availability depends on the item, quantity and destination. A product price is not a delivered price unless shipping is expressly included.
Miners and replacement parts
For confirmed in-stock items, allow an estimated 3–7 business days after cleared payment and complete delivery details for inspection, packing and dispatch. Bulk orders or items requiring testing may take longer; the order confirmation will state the expected dispatch window.
Express parcels may travel by DHL, UPS, FedEx or another suitable carrier. Allow approximately 5–10 business days in transit after carrier collection as a planning guide. The actual service and destination-specific estimate will be confirmed with your order.
Cooling systems, containers and other heavy equipment
Large tanks, racks, radiators, containers and power equipment require freight service appropriate to their packed size and destination. If no suitable freight service appears at checkout, contact us for a destination-specific rate before payment. Production/preparation time and air, sea or road transit time are quoted separately. Confirm whether delivery is to a port, terminal or your site, and whether unloading equipment is required.
We will confirm any split shipments and related charges before dispatch. Order-specific written delivery terms apply to your shipment, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery services and shipping charges
Shipping is charged and collected at checkout. Enter the delivery address to see your available rate before paying.
Standard checkout rates (USD)
| Product type | United States | International |
|---|---|---|
| Small parts | $29 per order | $49 per order |
| Power supply units (PSUs) | $85 each | $115 each |
| Mining machines | $149 each | $199 each |
Mixed orders combine these charges: one small-parts charge, plus a charge for each PSU and each miner. For example, one miner, one PSU and small parts cost $263 to ship to the US or $363 internationally. These are Mining US fixed retail shipping charges, not live carrier quotes. The delivery country determines the rate; orders may ship from the United States or China/Hong Kong depending on stock and product.
Containers, large cooling equipment, industrial equipment, coolant and products without a standard parcel classification require an individual freight rate. A cart containing these items cannot use the standard parcel rate. Contact us before payment to confirm freight arrangements. Import duties and taxes are separate unless expressly included.
Know the total before you pay
Shipping charges are calculated and collected at checkout. Review the delivery service and total before placing your order. If no shipping option is available, contact Mining US before paying; a missing rate does not mean free shipping. We confirm known remote-area, residential, liftgate and other service charges with the quote. Additional services or address changes require your agreement to revised charges.
Parcel delivery
Provide your complete street address, postal code, country, recipient name, email and contact telephone number. Carrier availability and address restrictions are confirmed for each shipment. A PO box may not be accepted for high-value or oversized goods.
Freight and site delivery
For heavy equipment, tell us the delivery address or nearest port, whether the site is commercial or residential, access restrictions and whether a forklift, crane or loading dock is available. A freight quote must specify its delivery point, unloading responsibilities, duty/tax treatment and validity. Port pickup, terminal delivery and door delivery are different services.
DDP and collection
Duty-paid delivery (DDP) and self-pickup are available only when specifically confirmed in writing for your order. Do not assume every product or destination qualifies. Arrange a collection appointment before travelling.
Address changes and failed delivery
Check your details before confirming the order. Contact us promptly to request a correction before dispatch. Rerouting after collection depends on the carrier. Actual, documented redelivery, storage or return costs caused by incorrect details, missed agreed appointments or customer-requested changes may apply, subject to applicable law. We explain the available options before arranging a paid reshipment.
Shipping and Delivery
Customs, duties and taxes
International shipping and import charges are separate from the product price unless your confirmed order explicitly states otherwise.
- Standard international delivery: the recipient normally handles import clearance and pays applicable import duty, import VAT/GST and brokerage charges not included in the order.
- Confirmed DDP delivery: the written quote identifies the named destination and included import-clearance, duty and tax charges. DDP availability must be checked for the specific shipment.
Check your country’s equipment-import requirements before ordering and provide any importer or tax identification requested for clearance. Mining US supplies applicable shipment documents and assists with reasonable carrier or customs enquiries.
Invoices, descriptions and declared values must accurately reflect the transaction. We do not misdeclare products or undervalue shipments.
Customs authorities control inspections and release times. Delays or additional costs arising from missing recipient documents or unpaid import charges are reviewed with you. Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights or makes you responsible for an error caused by Mining US.
Shipping and Delivery
Tracking, delivery and support
After dispatch
We provide the carrier and tracking or waybill reference when available. Freight shipments may use forwarder updates instead of parcel tracking. Check your shipment email and your account, or contact us with your order number.
If the first tracking scan does not appear within two business days of dispatch notification, or your shipment passes its quoted delivery window, contact info@miningus.io. We will help investigate with the carrier or supplier and explain the next steps.
Inspect your delivery
Check the outer packaging and package count on arrival. Photograph visible damage and record it on the delivery receipt where possible. For severe damage, ask the carrier about refusal or a damage report and contact us promptly. Do not operate equipment that appears unsafe or damaged.
Report damage, missing items or an incorrect item as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can preserve carrier-claim evidence. Include your order number, serial number where applicable, and photos of the packaging, labels and affected item. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
Loss, delays and insurance
Contact Mining US if a parcel appears lost or a freight delivery is overdue. We coordinate the investigation and discuss the appropriate remedy under the order terms and applicable law. For high-value or freight orders, request details of available cargo insurance, exclusions and any deductible before payment; do not assume standard carrier cover equals the full purchase value.
For product faults or returns, see our Refund and Returns Policy. Manufacturer warranty terms are separate from transit-damage support.
Aftersales Service
– Refund Policy
Because cryptocurrency mining equipment is specialized hardware with rapidly changing market prices and inventory availability, completed orders may have limited cancellation or refund eligibility.
Pricing Errors
Mining US aims to keep product pricing accurate and up to date. However, if an obvious pricing error is discovered, we may correct the listing and contact you before processing the affected order.
Depending on the situation, you may be offered the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order.
Price Increases
ASIC miner prices can change quickly because of cryptocurrency market conditions, manufacturer pricing, demand, inventory availability, and other market factors.
If a material price change affects an unfulfilled order, Mining US may contact you to discuss the available options.
Out of Stock
Inventory changes quickly in the mining industry. In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after an order has been submitted.
If Mining US is unable to fulfill the original order, our team may contact you to discuss a replacement product, waiting for new inventory, or an applicable refund.
Cancellation Requests
If you want to request a cancellation, contact Mining US immediately. Orders that have already been processed, allocated, sourced from a manufacturer, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
Aftersales Service
– Maintenance Service
Warranty Service
For brand-new, original ASIC miners, warranty coverage is generally provided according to the original manufacturer's warranty policy.
Depending on the manufacturer and miner model, the warranty period can vary. Customers should verify the applicable manufacturer warranty for the specific equipment being purchased.
1. Used Mining Machines
Used or refurbished mining equipment may have different warranty and after-sales conditions from new equipment.
Where applicable, Mining US may provide testing information, photos, or video showing the condition and operation of used equipment before shipment.
2. Warranty Repair Costs
During a manufacturer warranty claim, transportation costs, customs duties, brokerage charges, or other expenses associated with returning equipment for service may be the customer's responsibility depending on the applicable warranty terms.
3. Out-of-Warranty Equipment
For miners outside the manufacturer's warranty period, logistics, customs clearance, replacement components, repair work, and other maintenance costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Software Problems
If you experience firmware, configuration, network, or software problems, contact Mining US support.
When requesting assistance, provide:
- Order number
- Miner brand
- Miner model
- Serial number
- Error codes or screenshots
- A description of the issue
Remote support may be available depending on the problem.
Hardware Problems
If a hardware problem cannot be resolved remotely, contact Mining US before shipping the equipment anywhere.
Our team can help determine the appropriate manufacturer, repair facility, or service procedure.
Repair Confirmation
Where repair services are provided directly or through an approved service provider, testing documentation or other evidence may be provided after the repair to demonstrate that the miner is operating.
Any repair warranty or post-repair guarantee must be confirmed in the specific repair agreement.
Manufacturer Support
Mining US works with mining equipment from leading ASIC brands such as Bitmain, IceRiver, WhatsMiner, Jasminer, Canaan Avalon, and other manufacturers.
Warranty eligibility and factory repair procedures remain subject to the applicable manufacturer's rules.
Notes
- Transportation costs and other expenses related to returning a product may be the customer's responsibility depending on the warranty terms.
- Repair time depends on the nature of the problem, available replacement parts, manufacturer procedures, and transportation time.
- Manufacturer warranty status can often be checked using the miner's serial number.

A Simple Guide to Customs Clearance
– What is Customs Clearance?
Customs clearance is a compulsory process for goods entering or leaving a country.
The process may require submission of export and import documentation and payment of applicable duties, VAT, customs brokerage fees, storage charges, inspections, or other costs.
Import duties and taxes are generally determined and collected by the destination country's customs authorities rather than Mining US.
– How Long Does Customs Clearance Take?
Customs clearance may be completed within minutes or hours in straightforward cases, but it can take several days or longer when documentation is missing or when the shipment requires inspection.
Goods may remain held until the required documentation has been provided, duties have been paid, or customs authorities have completed their checks.
– How Do You Pay Customs Charges?
Many importers use a freight forwarder or customs broker to pay customs charges and handle customs procedures on their behalf.
For courier shipments, the carrier may send the recipient an invoice or payment instructions after the goods arrive in the destination country.
The goods may not be released for onward transportation until the required import charges have been paid.
Responsibility for import duties depends on the Incoterms or other shipping terms agreed between the importer and supplier.
– What Documentation Is Required for Customs Clearance?
Documentation requirements vary by destination, but the following documents are commonly required.
Export Documentation
- Purchase order from the buyer
- Sales or commercial invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading or air waybill
- Certificate of origin where applicable
- Other documents required by the buyer, bank, carrier, or destination country
Import Documentation
- Purchase order
- Sales invoice from the supplier
- Bill of lading or air waybill
- Packing list
- Certificate of origin where applicable
- Other documentation required by local customs authorities
If UPS, DHL, FedEx, or another logistics provider contacts you regarding a shipment, review the request carefully and contact Mining US if you need supporting shipment documentation.
– Country-Specific Customs Information
The following information is provided as general guidance only. Customs rates, thresholds, tax laws, and import requirements can change. Always verify current requirements with the appropriate government customs authority or licensed customs broker before importing equipment.
India Customs and Import Duties
Goods imported into India may be subject to customs duties and other taxes based on the product classification, customs value, country of origin, and applicable government regulations.
Basic Customs Duty (BCD) is one component of India's customs system. The applicable duty rate depends on the product's HS classification and current customs rules.
Customers importing ASIC mining equipment or cooling systems should verify the current HS code and applicable duty before shipment.
Spain Customs and Import Duties
Spain is a member of the European Union and generally follows the EU's Common Customs Tariff for goods imported from outside the EU.
Goods moving between EU member states are generally treated differently from products entering the EU from non-EU countries.
The final customs duty and VAT treatment depends on the product classification, customs value, origin, and current EU rules.
UAE Customs and Import Duties
Imports entering the United Arab Emirates may be subject to customs duty and VAT depending on the type of goods, declared value, destination, and applicable customs rules.
Customers importing mining equipment into the UAE should verify current rates and exemptions with the relevant customs authority or a licensed customs broker.
EU Customs and Import Duties
Goods imported into the European Union from outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and other charges.
The amount may depend on:
- HS or tariff code
- Customs value
- Country of origin
- Destination EU member state
- Applicable trade agreements
United Kingdom Customs and Import Duties
Goods imported into the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duty, import VAT, and carrier handling charges depending on the product, customs value, and applicable rules.
The courier or postal operator may contact the recipient with instructions for paying import charges before delivery.
The correct commodity or HS code should be used when determining the applicable customs rate.
| Goods | Import Treatment |
|---|---|
| Low-value shipments | Treatment depends on current UK import VAT and customs rules. |
| Higher-value shipments | Customs duty may depend on the type of goods, customs value, country of origin, and commodity code. |
