Some manufacturers allow direct pickup. Freight forwarders may contact the factory using the official factory-issued order ID.
Other Factory Collection
Certain factories support direct collection. Pickup arrangements should be confirmed with the responsible shipping agent.
Forwarded Shipment
Customers prepay actual logistics costs for forwarded shipping based on destination and shipment method.
Shenzhen Shipments
For Shenzhen factory shipments, bonded warehouse transfer or local handling charges may be required depending on the shipment arrangement.
